Who operates this service
Roofing Leads NI is operated by KS Roofing & Property Maintenance Ltd. Questions about your information can be sent to ksroofingpropertymaintenance22@gmail.com or raised by phone on 07729 846003.
What we collect
For homeowner enquiries, we collect the contact, location, roof, property, urgency and job information entered in the form, together with any photographs supplied. For trade accounts, we collect the business, contact, coverage and job-preference information entered during registration, plus payment and purchase records.
How homeowner enquiries are handled
Every new enquiry is sent privately to KS Roofing & Property Maintenance Ltd first. KS can accept it for its own team or decline it. The enquiry is not made available to other roofers unless KS explicitly declines it.
If KS declines, approved roofers may see a limited preview containing the job type, general area, postcode district, urgency, roof details, photograph count and lead price. The preview does not show the customer's name, full postcode, description, phone number, email address or photographs.
When one approved roofer purchases the exclusive lead, the full enquiry is shared with that roofer so they can contact the customer about that job. It is then removed from sale and is not sold to another roofer.
Why we use and share information
We use the information to handle the quote request, assess who can serve it, put the customer in contact with a suitable roofer, maintain security, process trade purchases and deal with support or refund requests. The form asks the customer to acknowledge the KS-first process and the possible sharing with one approved contractor.
Who receives information
Customer details are accessible to authorised KS Roofing staff and, only after KS declines and the lead is purchased, the single approved roofing contractor who bought that lead. Payment card information is entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and is not stored by Roofing Leads NI.
Storage and retention
Enquiries, photographs, trade accounts and purchase records are stored securely for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, handle disputes, meet legal or accounting duties and prevent misuse. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdraw an enquiry before it is released, by contacting Roofing Leads NI. Some records may need to be retained where the law or a live dispute requires it.
Security
Customer details are withheld from public pages and lead previews. Trade and KS control areas require sign-in, and authorisation is checked by the server before full lead details or photographs are returned.
